Every farm has problems. My job isn't simply to recommend another product, it's to understand why the problem occurred and find the most appropriate solution.

Healthy soils aren't defined by one number. They function. I assess soil structure, biology, chemistry and management together to understand how the whole system is working. The aim isn't simply healthier soils—it's healthier crops and more resilient businesses.

Building resilience isn't just about environmental schemes. It's about using the right tools to improve the long-term performance of your business. Whether through SFI, biodiversity, water management or livestock integration, every recommendation is designed to strengthen the whole farming system.

Sharing knowledge is one of the most rewarding parts of my work. I regularly speak to farmer groups, conferences and organisations, helping translate complex science into practical, field-based solutions. I offer:

Training sessions

Conference speaking

On-farm Workshops

Policy and evidence support

Farmer groups facilitation

"My job isn't simply to recommend another product. It's to understand why the problem occurred and help reduce the need for that intervention next time."

Every farm is different, so my advice is always tailored to your business, your soils and your objectives. I believe the best solutions begin with careful observation, curiosity and understanding how the whole farming system works. Together we'll identify the root cause and build practical solutions that improve resilience over time.
Listen. Observe. Understand. Solve.
